The James Buchanan High School Class of 1980 has announced its 45-year class reunion on Saturday, Sept. 13, from noon to 6 p.m. at the Upton Community Center.
Organizers are extending an invitation to members of the six classes they went to school with to join the festivities – the classes of 1977, 1978, 1979, 1981, 1982 and 1983.
Food will be available for purchase by AllyKat’s Farm to Table Mobile Cafe, Stoner’s on the Square barbeque and Williamson Ruritan ice cream.
The reunion is BYOB. Those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and lawn games.
- No cost to attend. The only cost for you will be what you purchase from the food trucks.
Friday, Sept. 12, event options for the reunion weekend include a home James Buchanan Rockets football game and an evening of music at Colonel Murphy’s Live with the classic rock band Burn, from Bethlehem, PA. Burn is anchored by drummer
Kevin Castro, JB Class of 1983.
Both events are open to the public.
More information about the reunion will be provided in coming
