Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- MIG & TIG Welding experience
- Experience welding stainless steel, aluminum and other specialty metals a huge plus
- Mechanically inclined, production-oriented, and safety and quality conscious
- General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices
- Basic math skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to inspect material for quality conformance through the use of measuring devices and drawings

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding specifications and requirements
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively for fabrication tasks
- Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates
- Operate cranes and forklifts as necessary to move materials and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- 8 hour shift
