Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and valid driver license
- Previous Caregiving experience ( Required)
- Negative TB skin test within last 12 months
- Negative Background checks and motor vehicle background screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Need to be physically able to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, and must adapt to varying mobility needs of clients

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor health vitals as instructed
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in clients’ homes
- Document and report any changes in clients’ condition
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
